An intermediate level class of challenging postures including arm balance, inversions and binds. Stronger focus on unique sequencing.

Musical Vin-Yin

Candle lit vinyasa class to music. Previous vinyasa knowledge is recommended as there will be minimal verbal prompts in this class.
