This healing and meditative class is warmed to 30 degrees and is suitable for all levels of students. Each pose is held for 3 - 5 minutes, which offers you the wonderful opportunity to practice being mindful of the sensations in your body. During the long holds, while working through your body's connective tissues, you will remove energetic blockages and heal the body from the inside out. During the last 10 minutes of class, you will enjoy savasana with the use of cool stones and massage using essential oils. (You may opt out of the cool stones, massage, or essential oils).
