Reformer pilates is a great form of strength, postural, flexibility, balance and endurance training and can be designed to target one specific area, or as a whole body muscular exercise. This type of workout also helps you form long, lean and toned muscles and its so much fun you hardly notice you're working out! Classes are limited to 4 students, so pre-booking is essential.
To ensure everyone gets a chance to book into reformer classes, if you need to cancel your class, please cancel no less than 12 hours before the class begins so that others have an opportunity to take your spot.
PLEASE NOTE - Our reformer classes are priced separately from our yoga and mat/barre pilates classes. If you have a current yoga membership, you get 10% off your reformer class passes. Please enter MEMBERS at checkout.
