Pregnancy is a remarkable time of transformation. Learn how yoga can assist you during the natural progression of changes in preparation for birth by attending our prenatal course. This course is appropriate for students of all levels, and at all stages of pregnancy. In this seven week course, you will learn how to move into postures which will strengthen and soothe your body. You will learn harmonising breath work techniques to create a sense of calm and leave you with feelings of mental clarity and well being.
