Power Vinyasa is a powerful, energetic & dynamic practice of yoga where movement to breath builds strength and stability leaving you feeling energised yet relaxed. Power is a vigorous and revitalizing form of movement challenging all levels of practice. Generally power yoga tends more towards strength building with fewer poses, held for longer, than a Vinyasa class. Although Power Vinyasa is a wonderfully athletic form of yoga it is also beginner friendly with variations and modifications offered. Baron Baptiste, the founder of this form of yoga, describes this practice as “the perfect blend of sweat and serenity.”
