At Revive Yoga & Wellness Cetnre, we are pleased to offer three different types of pilates: mat pilates, barre pilates and reformer pilates. Mat Pilates is a way to stretch and strengthen your body, primarily the muscles of the core, which span from your hips to your shoulders. Barre pilates use a combination of postures inspired by ballet, yoga and mat pilates. Reformer pilates is done using reformer machines and it's a great form of strength, postural, flexibility, balance and endurance training and can be designed to target one specific area, or as a whole body muscular exercise.
