Gentle Yoga

At Revive, we want to cater to all ages and fitness levels, and as such we have created a class for members who want to move at a slower pace. This class is designed for our more mature members, however it is suitable for anyone who is interested in taking a gentle approach to their yoga practice. In this class, students may practice seated in chairs to help ease the burden of balancing in standing postures, or getting up and down from the ground (you may also choose to practice without the chair). We will focus on slow, rhythmic stretching and flexing which will help to alleviate aches, pains, arthritis, as well as improve balance and confidence.
