On July 1st, Springfield’s largest Yoga community is opening its doors to a new Kids Yoga Community.
Offering children’s yoga classes 6 days a week, all year round, our KidsYoga Community will help your child to become more balanced, engaged and focused. Here at Revive, we pride ourselves on providing a fun environment where kids can learn skills to help them developmentally, socially and physically. Launched by popular demand, Kid’s Yoga classes are held in our new studio extension. Your little one will be cared for at each and every session by our team of friendly teachers.
Each week we focus on a different theme designed to foster mindfulness, resilience, focus, balance, fun and more. Be sure to keep an eye on our Facebook page and monthly newsletters for more information on each theme and how your child will benefit. Some example themes we may cover each week include:
Strategies to reduce anxiety
Improving socialization skills
Improving confidence and self-esteem
Feelings of connectedness to peers
Enhancing concentration and awareness
Promoting focus through mindfulness and meditation
Learning about and accepting diversity
Learning how to regulation and emotional resilience
Class Schedule & Fees
Our classes are split into two groups, with age specific lessons for your little one to thrive.
Kids do not need any prior yoga or meditation experience. There will be some partner work, trust exercises and pretend play. In addition to the physical practice of yoga, there will also be a component of meditation and mindfulness in each class to end the session.
Each child should bring water, wear comfortable clothing they can move in, and bring a yoga mat if they have one. Otherwise we have mats they can borrow.
5 - 8 Years Old
Monday to Friday: 3:45pm to 4:15pm
Saturday: 8:00am to 8:45am
9 - 12 Years Old
Monday to Friday: 4:15pm to 5:00pm
Saturday: 8:00am to 8:45am
Foundation membership - $26/week available until June 30th. Direct debit - $35/week. Drop in - $20 per class

Through my years of experience in yoga, I've found that practice can mean different things for different stages of my life. It started out as a workout, then it began to mould into a beautiful connection between my mind, body and breath. Some see it as a spiritual practice and others see it, including myself, as time to get away from the kids and have "me" time! I'm curious to get different perspectives on how people view yoga, and the beautiful thing is that there is no right or wrong answer. For me, yoga is a part of life - it is my workout, my spirituality, my career and my hobby, which I look forward to sharing with the community.
Yoga gives me clarity. It allows me to stop and live, breath by breath. It gives me control when I feel I have none. It gives me love from the most important person: MYSELF.

We will email a monthly newsletter to the parents of all Kids Community members.
