Child Friendly Classes

All are welcome to our child friendly classes. You can expect a relaxed and welcoming environment where you can practice with your children close by. Class styles vary throughout the week between Vinyasa and Yin practices with some days offering an additional focus on building core strength. Anyone can attend these classes. However, if you are coming without children we ask that you come free of judgement and expectation. This is a safe place for mums, dads and their precious little ones to enjoy practice in a supportive environment.
