Beginners Yoga Course

Welcome to our Beginners yoga course! Whether you are just starting out, or if you're looking to fine tune your practice, this 6 week course will be perfect for you. Each week the class will have a different focus to give students a well rounded course and introduction to yoga practice.
Dates: Saturdays weekly
 June 11 - July 16 
Time: 8:00am - 9:00am 


Week 1yoga philosophy, sutras, pranayama
Week 2Sun salutations:  alignment and breathing for each postures (A & B series)
Week 3 - Meditation, mindfulness and restorative yoga
Week 4Power and vinyasa 
Week 5 - Twists, backbends and use of props
Week 6 - Yin:  postures, purpose, 3 principles of yin


Cost: $200 for the course, which also includes unlimited membership to yoga classes on our weekly timetable
