Barre pilates is a great way to get a full body workout! The classes use a combination of postures inspired by ballet, yoga and mat pilates. We use the resistance bands to sculpt, slim and stretch your entire body, and the barre is used as a prop to balance while doing exercises that focus on isometric strength training combined with high reps of small range movements. At Revive we also incorporate the use of mini balls for a total body workout!
