Scientific evidence indicates that meditation changes the neural pathways of the brain, decreasing stress, anxiety and depression and increasing concentration, attention and happiness. Blankets, bolsters, and pillows are provided for your comfort.

 

Candlelight Soundshower Meditation

This restorative class will be an amazing way to finish the weekend and relax before the week ahead - a chance to let go and release your body and mind in postures with support from bolsters, blankets and eye masks.
