Welcome to our Children's yoga 10 week term led by Genevieve de Waal.
This course is appropriate for 3-8 year olds, no prior yoga or meditation experience necessary. The course will have an emphasis on social interaction and team work when doing the yoga poses. There will be some partner work, trust exercises and pretend play. In addition to the physical practice of yoga, there will also be a component of meditation and mindfulness in each class to end the session.
What to bring: each child should bring water, wear comfortable clothing they can move in, and bring a yoga mat if they have one. Otherwise we have mats they can borrow.
